2" Roloc Mandrell Adaptors, 3" Roloc Mandrell Adaptors and 4" Roloc Mandrell adaptors come in three different harness'.  The rubber backing pads for roloc sanding discs have a hard, medium, and soft rating.  Chooing a hardness depends on what your sanding with the roloc sanding discs and rubber mandrel adaptors.
