Shipping Status

After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in Your Account.

Where do we ship to?

We ship within the USA only. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, online ordering is not available. Please call to place your order.

We do not ship internationally, nor work with freight forwards or logistics companies.

When We Ship?

Orders generally ship within 1 - 3 business days. When an order requires a longer lead time for shipping, we will generally try to contact the buyer to provide an ETA of when the order will ship.

What is the Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the dollar amount of the order:

  • Orders greater than $99.99 ship for free
  • Orders less than or equal to $99.99 ship for a flat rate of $9.85

How do we ship multiple items?

ROARK SUPPLY ships items as they are available, therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day of your order.

What if my order is received wrong or defective?

For product shipped to you in error or defective from purchases made on our website, ROARK SUPPLY will ship the correct product upon notification by the customer.
