Shipping Status

After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in Your Account.

Where do we ship to?

We ship within the USA only. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, online ordering is not available. Please call to place your order.

When We Ship?

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

What is the Cost?

Shipping costs depend on:

  • options you choose
  • size and weight of the item
  • where the order is going.

To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and click the "Proceed to checkout" button. On the order confirmation page, you can try different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

How do we ship multiple items?

ROARK SUPPLY ships items as they are available, therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day of your order.

What if my order is received wrong or defective?

For product shipped to you in error or defective from purchases made on our website, ROARK SUPPLY will ship the correct product upon notification by the customer.
