We ship within the USA only.
When We Ship?
When you place an order, we estimate
shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the
shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order
form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order
confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
What is the Cost?
Shipping
costs depend on:
options you choose
size and weight of the item
where the order is going.
To
estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and click the "Proceed
to checkout" button. On the order confirmation page, you can try different
shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates
change.
ROARK
SUPPLY ships items as they are available, therefore you may receive more than
one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately
include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not
available in our warehouses on the same day of your order.
For
product shipped to you in error or defective from purchases made on our
website, ROARK SUPPLY will ship the correct product upon notification by the
customer.

§Upon receipt of the item, the item
will be replaced or the customer’s account will be credited
